Terms of service

1. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are reachable on the mobile number supplied.

Orders are accepted only when the kitchen is open and serviceable to your address. We may decline or cancel an order outside our delivery radius or during high demand, with a full refund of any amount paid.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery fees and minimum order values are shown before you pay.

We currently accept cash on delivery, UPI on delivery and card on delivery. Online payment gateways will be added later.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel an order yourself while its status is still “Order placed” or “Confirmed”. After the kitchen starts preparing the food, cancellation is at our discretion.

Repeated cancellations or refusal to accept deliveries may result in order restrictions on your account.

4. Food and allergens

Every dish lists its ingredients and allergens where known. Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, gluten, nuts and mustard, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are clearly marked and prepared separately.

5. Intellectual property

The Shivasankalpafoods name, emblem, artwork, menu descriptions and site code are the property of Shivasankalpafoods and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
